It's all in one place, easy to access, and designed so you can actually see and understand the benefits you're entitled to. No more chasing the people team or wading through paperwork — just log in, register, and your benefits are right there waiting for you.
Activate your account
- 1You'll receive an email invite from Kota to activate your account.
- 2Click "Activate Account" and set your password.
- 3Log in to access your personalised benefits dashboard.

Start in Kota
Log in to Kota to view your Sanitas benefit and begin your enrolment. Kota is where you'll see everything that's included and kick off the process.
Complete your registration with Sanitas
Sanitas will then contact you directly to finish the sign-up. You'll receive a login link by SMS to the mobile number we hold for you. Use that link to complete your login and application with Sanitas.
Please check these are correct
- Your mobile number — we've taken this from Cubic's HR system. If it's wrong you won't receive your SMS login link, so let us know if it needs updating.
- Your personal details, including your NIE — these all need to be correct before Sanitas can process your cover smoothly.
